Makeup Direct has access to many products from different brands. We have good honest and reliable suppliers that we have dealt with for many years from around the world, and we also buy in bulk which results in better pricing for you. BUT at the end of the day, we will only import products that we can be sure to sell to you at cheaper prices than what you will find in department stores, or pharmacies. If we can't sell it cheaper, then we simply don't bother bringing it in. It is that simple!

Are all the products genuine brands or are they just fakes?

We GUARANTEE you that absolutely ALL the products you find at Makeup Direct are 100% GENUINE brands as advertised. In New Zealand it is illegal to sell fakes or knock-offs.

What happens if the product I get is not the right colour when it arrives?

Within 14 days Makeup Direct will either get you a replacement colour or refund your money, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How much is freight?

If you spend over $20 at Makeup Direct.co.nz freight within New Zealand is FREE. Otherwise freight costs within New Zealand are $3.50 nationwide. International freight has a flat fee of $25.

How long will my products take to get to me?

Products will be shipped out within 24 hours of placing your order and receiving payment. All orders will be received within 3 days. We will notify by email as soon as your order has been processed and is on its way.
