DIRECTIONS - Apply sunscreen generously before sun exposure. For best protection of face and neck use 1 teaspoon on cream. Be aware that reducing the quantity lowers the level of protection significantly. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or towelling and avoid midday sun.
